Build-out of a 27,580-square-foot, full-floor office on the 27th floor of 155 North Wacker in Chicago, Illinois. The program delivers a balanced mix of open and enclosed environments, featuring open workstations, private offices, conference rooms, huddle rooms and thoughtfully designed break areas. The space is tailored to support collaboration and flexibility, integrating modern finishes, upgraded MEP systems and refined architectural detailing to create a cohesive, high-performance workplace environment aligned with the tenant’s operational and cultural goals.
